The discipline and aesthetic rigor of the architecture are softened by the thoughtful choice of material and, above all, its finish, adding verticality and a understated sophistication that serves as the project's signature. The villa breathes this purity of light and matter, echoed across custom furniture, walls, and the entire surface connecting the lower and upper floors.
This rhythm is dictated by the split-face finish crafted within the societàdellapietra laboratory. This specialized process demands time and deep mastery, requiring initial precise relief cuts followed by meticulous hand-sculpting—a testament to artisanal excellence and quality.

The stone selected is Bianco Perla, a limestone whose technical properties make it ideal for split-face finishes and intricate detailing. Its pristine, candid white hue inspired the architect, who envisioned it from the outset as a pure white mass ready to be sculpted.

Same material, same finish, different expressions. A standout feature of this project is the coffee table—a statement piece that creates a seamless visual dialogue between the wall cladding and the living space. While its appearance evokes a single, solid block of stone, it is masterfully crafted from individual slabs that reduce its weight and ensure effortless mobility.

White Travertine was selected for the bathroom cladding. Harmonizing with the home's material palette, its pristine background is defined by pronounced golden veining—an essential aesthetic element that infuses the space with warmth. The true value of this travertine lies in its tactile materiality, expressed through the open pores that enrich the slabs; it is a texture that invites touch, fostering a deep connection between human and stone. A detail mirroring the villa's overarching style emerges in the vanity top, where the natural cleft edge imparts a powerful, sculptural presence.
